General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Section 1 Scope of application and provider
(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of

(hereinafter referred to as „Seller“) are made by consumers or entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as „Customer“).
(2) Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
Section 2 Conclusion of the contract
(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
(2) By submitting the order via the „Order subject to payment“ button, the customer submits a binding purchase offer for the items included in the shopping cart.
(3) The seller confirms the receipt of the order immediately by email (order confirmation). The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the seller accepts the order via a separate order confirmation or ships the goods to the customer.
§ 3 Prices and payment terms
(1) All prices listed are final prices in euros. As a small business entity within the meaning of § 19, paragraph 1 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no sales tax is calculated and charged.
(2) The customer has the payment options listed in the online shop available to them:
- Prepayment by bank transfer: The invoice amount must be paid to the bank account provided within 7 days of receiving the order confirmation.
- PayPal: Payment processing is carried out through the payment service provider PayPal in accordance with its terms of use.
§ 4 Delivery and shipping conditions
(1) Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
(2) The shipping costs incurred are displayed in the ordering process. Within Germany, the shipping costs are flat rate €8.00. For orders over €200.00, delivery is free within Germany.
(3) Audio recordings and collector’s items are packaged professionally and in a safe manner (e.g., vinyl records to prevent damage outside the cover).
(4) Shipping usually takes place once a week. The customer receives a tracking number after delivery to the shipping company.
§ 5 Reservation of ownership
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment is received.
§ 6 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. For used items (e.g., second-hand audio recordings), the condition of the respective items described in the shop corresponds to the description.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal. Details and exceptions can be found in the seller's separate withdrawal policy.
§ 8 Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS). The seller is not willing or obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body.
§ 9 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Law, provided that no mandatory consumer protection regulations conflict with it.
